How to subscribe | IAP2A Members

To receive your FREE subscription to the Engagement Methods Tool, follow these instructions:

Step 1 – to get your coupon code

  1. Contact IAP2 Australasia via info@iap2.org.au for your coupon code.

Step 2 – to receive your free subscription

  1. On the Engagement Methods Tool website click Subscribe Now.
  2. You will be redirected to the IAP2A Community Portal landing page to login to your IAP2A Community Portal Profile.
  3. Once you have logged into your account, you will be automatically redirected back to the Engagement Methods Tool.
  4. Complete the required fields and follow the prompts.
  5. When you reach the payment page enter the details of the coupon code to receive your subscription free of charge. Once complete, start exploring!
  6. To access the Engagement Methods Tool on your next visit, simply click login.

How to subscribe | Non-Members

To purchase your subscription to the Engagement Methods Tool, follow these instructions:

  1. Bookmark this website.
  2. Click the Subscribe Now button below.
  3. You will be redirected to the IAP2A Community Portal landing page to either:
    1. Create your profile, if you do not already have a login to the IAP2A Community Portal; OR
    2. Login to your IAP2A Community Portal profile.
  4. Once you have created your profile or logged into your account, you will need to manually navigate back to the Engagement Methods Tool. You will need to remain signed in to your IAP2A Community Portal Profile.
  5. Once you have returned to this site, click Subscribe Now, complete the required fields and follow the prompts.
  6. Once payment is processed you will receive an invoice receipt from IAP2 Australasia. You can now access the site using your IAP2A Community Portal Profile details.
  7. Payments will be automatically deducted each month unless you cancel your subscription.
  8. To access the Engagement Methods Tool on your next visit, simply click login.

How to cancel your subscription

To cancel your subscription to the IAP2A Engagement Methods Tool:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Navigate to My Account
  3. Select Subscriptions
  4. Select ‘Cancel’ and follow the prompts
